Use the auto work ticket generation application to evaluate all of your service contract requirements and create the required inspection work tickets for any user defined period of time. Create "soft schedules" and pro-forma views of the preliminary schedule. Use the Dispatch and Tech Schedule Sheet to successfully balance the workload and plan the dispatch of the work tickets in the most geographically economical manner. Each eligible maintenance inspection ticket is evaluated for the following conditions; credit worthiness of the customer, existence of any unpaid or overdue invoices, open work tickets for the same site and customer along with a review to insure that the prior inspection reports are completed along with any unresolved issues from the previous inpection. Work Remaining approvals which are pending are also recognized and managed by the Auto Work Ticket generation application.
